Delete Your WarrantyWallet Account

Last updated: September 16, 2026

You can request deletion of your WarrantyWallet account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (instant)

If you still have WarrantyWallet installed on your device:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action.

Your account and all data are deleted immediately. You will be signed out and the app will return to the login screen.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at support@warrantywallet.dev from the email address associated with your WarrantyWallet account. Use the subject line:

Account deletion request

You don't need to provide any other information — we'll match your request to your account using the email it was sent from. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

If you contact us from a different email address than the one on your account, we'll ask you to verify ownership before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is removed from our systems:

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data is removed from our live systems immediately. Encrypted database backups are retained for up to 7 days for disaster recovery, after which deleted data is permanently gone.

Deleting only some of your data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove individual records. Inside the app you can delete any warranty, and remove receipt images from a warranty, at any time — open the item and choose to delete it. Leaving a household also unshares everything you had shared with its other members.

If you would rather we removed specific data for you, email support@warrantywallet.dev from your account's email address and say what you would like deleted.

Cancelling your Google Play subscription

Deleting your WarrantyWallet account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription separately:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Find WarrantyWallet and tap Cancel subscription.

You can also cancel from play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on the web.
